Foundational Reiki

Reiki works with our life force energy, a component of every living thing. This inner energy can become stagnant or even stuck as the result of emotional and physical stress, often presenting as irritability, difficulty sleeping, or even aches and pains.

Whether you have a specific area of your body, mind, or soul that needs attention, or you’re just searching for a general energetic reset, this hour-long offering is here to help with wherever you're feeling stuck. 

Reiki is often offered in-person but after the physical limitations of Covid, we've learned that it's just as effective from a distance. Since the focus of Reiki centers on the life-force energy that connects us all, this approach only enhances the effects of each session by allowing you to enjoy the energy clearing benefits of Reiki while in your own favorite space.  

Upon purchase of a session, we'll schedule a 15-20 minute video chat to delve into details about where in your life you're feeling stuck or unsure.

Once the Reiki session is complete, I’ll send a private video recording with an overview of the energy of your session and any imagery or messages that came through.  Additionally, you'll receive a PDF with all of this as well to reference as often as you'd like!
